The sample prepared by this machine conforms to GB1040-1991 all kinds of sample sizes and technical requirements.
The dumbbell prototype adopts standard mold method to process standard sample, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, accurate and fast.
Operation method of dumbbell type prototyping
1, will be made of dumbbell type sample material (150~168)×(20~28)×(1~12)(length × width × height) rectangular spline.
2. Clamp the rectangular strip onto the mold and tighten it.
3. Connect the power supply and start the milling cutter.
4. Press the two handles of the mold to make it close to the cutting tool and repeatedly mill to the requirements.
5, turn the mold to the other side of the milling, until the milling out of the standard sample, pay attention to the hand to stabilize.
