This compounds are specially designed for cross-linking power cables (for insulation only) up to 3 kV. Using special compositions and production process, the products have peculiarities of good flow ability, no pre-cross-linking.

Series compounds are specially designed for halogen-free low smoke flame-retardant wires and cable at different heat-resistance grades. Using special compositions and production process, the products have the peculiarities of superior flame-retardant ability and low smoke release during flame resisting tests.

The insulation thermal elongation, mechanical properties before and after insulation aging, and insulation thermal shrinkage were tested,according to the standard GB/T 12706.1-2008

The ultraviolet irradiation equipment is installed on one side of the outlet of the extruder. After the insulation is extruded, it goes directly into the irradiation equipment under hot condition for cross-linking. After the cross-linking, the wire is sampled on the spot and taken back to the Shanghai Cable Research and testing Center for testing. The test results show that the insulation has been cross-linked.
