High temperature aging box is used to test the performance indicators of parts and materials of electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycles, aerospace, rubber, plastic, metal, shipbuilding weapons, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and other related products under the condition of high temperature and constant temperature change.

Manufacture in strict accordance with GB/T2423.2-2008 high temperature aging test method.

Mainly used for testing the thermal stability of polymer powder ,pellet, tubular, laminated samples . Dynamic testing oven can send the sample continuous or discontinuous ,Experimenter could observe the process of sample color changes under different aging time .Testing oven can save the two thirds of test time compared to the traditional oven and turn the sample length into the time scale .Evaluating thermal stability properties of materials by contrasting the color change with colorimeter , Further improve the production process and optimize the product formula, etc.

1.1 The testing principle 


The Principle of Dynamic Testing Oven : Keep the samples into the oven with a constant temperature ,Over time ,the samples were gradually exposed to the air, This produce samples color changing effects on the length direction . The discoloration depends on the temperature and duration of exposure.
 

1.2 The Application of Dynamic Testing Oven

  • Control the quality of your raw materials (powders, pellets) and of your finished produces (pipe, sheet) by determining accurately the integral thermal stability of a wide variety of polymers.
  • Improve your manufacturing procedures by rapidly assessing major processing parameters.
  • Optimize your formulations by carrying out a reproducible evaluation of stabilizers,lubricants and all other additives that may affect the behaviour of a product when it is exposed to heat.
