The correlation of material's viscosity and shearing speed and the relationship between its viscosity and shearing stress can be measured through Capillary Die. The principle of polymer's viscosity can be presented in the following way.

τ is shearing stress with the unit of kg/cm2 .
γ is shearing speed with the unit of 1/s.
τ and γ are acquired by pressure difference of tubule ends and extruding amount of fusant respectively.
Test the pressure difference of two ends of tubule and the extruding amount of fusant, through changing rotating speed of extruder screw from 5 to 100 rpm. Save all experiment data. And open the data file by software HPVisco. The data curves will be output on two coordinates with γ-η and γ-τ respectively..
