The principle of a two-planet mixer

 

The thick body mixer is equipped with low speed stirring parts and high speed dispersing parts. The low speed stirring parts are driven by planetary gear. The high speed dispersing part revolves together with the planetary frame and at the same time rotates at high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and dispersing mixing, and its effect is several times that of ordinary mixer. The dispersing parts are divided into single dispersing shaft and double dispersing shaft, customers can choose according to need.

 

Two double-frame agitators revolve and rotate at the same time in the barrel body, which can realize vacuum pumping, heating and cooling, and can realize speed adjustment according to the situation.
