Product Description


The system consists of a high temperature extrusion unit, a cooling setting unit, a diameter measuring unit and a traction collection unit. The maximum extrusion temperature of the high temperature extrusion unit is 400 C. The extrusion temperature and screw speed are controlled by the touch screen, and the changes of temperature, speed and pressure in the extrusion process can be displayed in real time. Taking the measured real-time diameter as the target, the traction speed is controlled by the diameter measuring device to extrude the wire with the diameter of 1.75mm or 3mm, and the diameter error is less than 0.05mm.
